2023 - 2024 Tournaments
SMHA is pleased to assist all of our teams to promote their sanctioned Hockey Saskatchewan tournament.
All SMHA teams MUST submit an online Tournament Sanction Request form to SMHA in order to obtain a Hockey Sask Tournament Sanction.
This request form will be submitted directly to Saskatoon Minor Hockey Association
It is important that SMHA be aware of all tournaments sanctioned by our teams in order to ensure that all teams meet Hockey Saskatchewan requirements for the operation of a tournament and to ensure tournaments are scheduled on an appropriate date that does not conflict with Hockey Sask or SMHA programming such as:
DECEMBER 2-4, 2023 HOCKEY SASK – SASK FIRST BLACKOUT FOR U15 GAMES / TOURNAMENTS
FEBRUARY 2-4, 2024 HOCKEY SASK – SASK FIRST BLACKOUT FOR U18 GAMES / TOURNAMENTS

Note: THIS FORM IS FOR SMHA TEAMS ONLY. Teams from other MHA's should contact their own MHA to obtain a tournament sanction.

A Hockey Sask Tournament Sanction is mandatory for ALL tournaments from U7 through U18 and at all levels.
SMHA will publicize your tournament on the SMHA Tournament Listing page and will include the contact information from your sanction request.
SMHA HAS HOCKEY SASK GAME SHEETS FOR SALE THROUGH THE SMHA OFFICE - HOCKEY SASK GAME SHEETS MUST BE USED FOR SANCTIONED HOCKEY SASK TOURNAMENTS.
GAME SHEETS ARE $.50 EACH and available in the SMHA office at 5-816 1st Ave N. **Cash only please.**
REMINDER - ALL TOURNAMENT GAME SHEETS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO HOCKEY SASK WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR SANCTIONED TOURNAMENT. YOU WILL RECEIVE INFORMATION ON THIS FROM HOCKEY SASK UPON THEIR SANCTIONING OF YOUR TOURNAMENT.
**TEAMS THAT DO NOT SUBMIT THEIR COMPLETED GAME SHEETS TO HOCKEY SASK WILL BE FINED $100.00 BY HOCKEY SASK
